These past two weeks have been very low on the Leafs hockey front. They've played a handful of games, all at weird times, thanks to the Sweden trip and American Thanksgiving. It's also November, so I can't bring myself to care much about each game outcome. Because of all that, I couldn't tell you much more about how the Leafs are doing than the handful of Nylander highlights in Sweden and the recaps I read last night. It's been hard to catch games, especially after Nylander lost the point streak. That was a bummer. I guess it's fortunate for the Leafs that they've been bad during this time. Their play has slipped, from what I'm told, and they're not winning when Nylander isn't there to bail them out. Attention has now turned back to Mitch Marner and the coach (because you can't trade Matthews).
