The Toronto Maple Leafs announced today that the hockey club has signed forward [Pierre Engvall](https://www.nhl.com/player/pierre-engvall-8478115?ref=pensionplanpuppets.com) to a one-year contract extension. The average annual value of the contract is $2.25 million.
