### New Jersey Devils @ Toronto Maple Leafs
07:00 PM at Scotiabank Arena
Watch on: NHLN, TSN4, MSGSN

###

The Leafs last game was at home on November 7 against the Montréal Canadiens, which Toronto lost by a score of 4-2 in regulation. The Leafs have a record of 8-8-2 for a 0.500 Points %.

The New Jersey Devils last played away on November 7 against the New York Islanders. The Devils won by a score of 5-4 in overtime, and their current league record is 12-5-0 for a 0.706 Points %.

### Them

The Devils are very good this year, almost at Carolina levels of five-on-five dominance.

Their power play is very good, but has scored well under expected, enough so that a correction should occur at some time.

Their PK is good, not as good as the PP, but they have allowed quite a lot of goals over expected.

And speaking of, their team Save % is bad, and is 22nd in the NHL. They should do something about that goaltending...

Expect to see the new guy in net tonight as Jake Allen played last night.

### Us

How about some more of that five-on-five possession tonight? Yes, I know almost no one noticed it because of the order of goals and various other issues.

Anthony Stolarz gets the start, and as predicted Vinni Lettieri is back on the Marlies before his waiver exemption expires, albeit a little sooner than expected.

> The Leafs have called up Cole McWard and sent Vinni Lettieri back to the Marlies ahead of their game against the Devils.

I'm assuming Dakota Mermis draws in, but official word will come later this afternoon.

### The Game

Both teams are tired, and the other guys had overtime and then travel, so absolutely no talk of back-to-back issues is valid.

Forget yesterday, and play the game in front of you. That's always the formula, but right now, it has to be the most important thing in everyone's mind.

Note: this is the Leafs' remix game as well as the HHOF ceremony game.
