### Toronto Maple Leafs @ Vancouver Canucks
07:00 PM at Rogers Arena
Watch on: SN

###

The Leafs last game was away on October 28 against the Seattle Kraken, which Toronto lost by a score of 5-4 in regulation. The Leafs have a record of 7-6-2 for a 0.533 Points %.

The Vancouver Canucks last played away on October 29 against the San Jose Sharks. The Canucks lost by a score of 3-2 in regulation, and their current league record is 3-11-1 for a 0.233 Points %.

### Them

Okay, the Canucks have a terrible record, losing 11 games already. Is that a true reflection of the team? They have 38% Expected Goals For at five-on-five with a slightly better Corsi at 41%, but both are last in the league.

Their power play is bad, but they have scored at an average rate there so far. Their PK allows the second worst Expected Goals Against in the league but the team Save % makes it merely bad, not terrible.

The only team with a worse overall Save % is the Ducks.

Yes, their play has been bad. However, in their defence, they have had to play a lot of hard teams so far, with two games already against Carolina. They might not quite be the worst team in the NHL.

And, yes, they've recalled Jacob Quillan and are playing him on the third line it seems.

### The Game

The Leafs need to have a big comeback game here, not fall into the trap of playing a bad team in the afternoon who want to beat them.
