The Leafs last game was at home on October 21 against the New Jersey Devils, which Toronto lost by a score of 5-2 in regulation. The Leafs have a record of 3-3-1 for a 0.500 Points %.

The Buffalo Sabres last played at home on October 22 against the Detroit Red Wings. The Sabres won by a score of 4-2 in regulation, and their current league record is 3-4-0 for a 0.429 Points %.

### Them

The Sabres had their existential crisis very very early this season and came out strong from it and thumped Ottawa and Florida. Not the Leafs. When has that ever happened? Are they over it, or are they still thinking there's a point to all of this? 

This is a very no-name lineup because most of the players you've heard of on are IR. Good heavens, there's Conor Timmins. I do not know who Colten Ellis is, but they, like the Leafs need two goalies this weekend.

A change is as good as a rest. 

All new lines and pairs, no one left untouched. Morgan Rielly will not play tonight, but might be okay for tomorrow. Nick Robertson is a scratch. 

With this being a back-to-back, there is a goalie decision to make as well, and the winner of the chance to play in Buffalo while everyone is all about the baseball is Anthony Stolarz.
