Toronto kept their streak alive with a 3-1 win over Boston on Wednesday. They are currently in second place with a Points % of .600.

Montréal beat New York the same night 4-3\. They hold down first place with a Points % of .667\. 

Both teams have nine games left and a goal differential of +6\. 

### Them

Montréal has the name goalie and the best forward in the game. Around those two obvious stars, they have a good team, focused on speed and scoring with a little bit a weakness on defence. Their special teams have been generally poor, but they score enough without the power play, it's not an issue. 

Interestingly, Ann-Renée Desbiens and her Team Canada tandem-mate Kristen Campbell now have very similar results. .920 for ARD and .919 for Campbell. It's actually Elain Chuli, Montréal's backup, who has wowed in five starts with a .962.

### Us

Toronto is bigger, tougher, shoots more, and plays harder. Their top pairing defence can legitimately be called the best in the league, but there is a skill gap between pretty much every team and Montréal at forward.

### The Game

There is a lot of parity in the PWHL, but a Montréal - Toronto matchup pits two very different teams against each other.
