The first round in the North Division playoffs is a best-of-three as a play-in to the normal bracket. The Marlies had a 3-1 lead in the second, but allowed two power play goals at the end of the second and at the end of the third as Belleville forced overtime. Dylan Gambrell was the hero, scoring early in overtime. Tonight, the Hurricanes and Panthers could sweep the Islanders and Lightning. This could be Steven Stamkos' last game with the Tampa Bay Lightning as his contract expires at the end of this season. The Vegas Golden Knights won both games on the road against division-winners Dallas. That series could also be over shockingly quickly with Game 3 tonight. And, of course, Leafs-FTB.
