Toronto has 34 points and four games remaining.

New York has 31 points and four games remaining.

Vancouver has 30 points and three games remaining.

Seattle has been eliminated, and they have three games to play the Gold drafting game of adding draft points to ensure they are really last and therefore first at the draft. 

Toronto has more regulation wins than any other team in the running for the last playoff spot, so if they can keep that ratio up, they will win any tie.
