Why? Because we're Leafs fans and we're not allowed to have nice things. Things like 30 goal scorer JVR, 30pt dman [Jake Gardiner](http://www.sbnation.com/nhl/players/130014/jake-gardiner?ref=pensionplanpuppets.com), 50pt center [Nazem Kadri](http://www.sbnation.com/nhl/players/71825/nazem-kadri?ref=pensionplanpuppets.com), or any of the other actually good players on the [Maple Leafs](http://www.sbnation.com/nhl/teams/toronto-maple-leafs?ref=pensionplanpuppets.com). No, we've got to hold onto the most miscast player in the NHL. Just lovely.
