I suspect we won't see those officials in the finals. Marlies' coach John Gruden said "I didn't like the way we played today. I wasn't very happy with how we responded in the third period," adding "We had a commanding 2-0 lead and we were playing extremely well, and for whatever reason we thought we would do our own thing out there and freelance a little bit and it bit us in the butt. Hopefully we can learn from it, but it's getting to the point where some of the guys are going to have to step up a little bit here." Here is the game highlights pack. This comes after a weekend where they split a series against the Laval Rocket, losing in Laval last Friday, and then winning in a shootout on Monday here in Toronto. Their next home games are a weekend back-to-back against the Chicago Wolves starting Saturday February 28\.
