The Marlies have swept the Chicago Wolves, and will advance to the AHL's Western Conference finals against either the Texas Stars or the Grand Rapid Griffons (Texas leads the series 3-2).

The NHL's conference finals have already been set, as the LA Kings eliminated Teemu Selanne and the Anaheim Ducks, and will take on the Chicago Blackhawks for the right to play against the winner of Rangers v. Canadiens.
