# Auston Matthews will not win the All-Star Selke

Auston Matthews, the lone Maple Leafs representative at the All-Star game, had to defend on a couple of Metro forwards. Perhaps you’ve heard of them?

That’s not the greatest defending ever. You might almost call there very polite lack of defending against the superstars.

He made up for that politeness by scoring one:

Somewhere in there Nikita Kucherov got a hat trick and the Atlantic won it 7-4, which means they get to play in the final later today.
