Good Afternoon! Welcome to be telling you how the Chicago Cubs winning the world series affects the Maple Leafs lines for tonight.

It doesn’t.

The lines for tonight are basically the same from the game vs the Oilers on Tuesday, no surprises coming today:

Zach Hyman - Auston Matthews -William Nylander
James van Riemsdyk - Tyler Bozak -Mitch Marner
Connor Brown - Nazem Kadri - Leo Komarov
Matt Martin - Ben Smith - Nikita Soshnikov

Morgan Rielly - Nikita Zaitsev
Martin Marincin - Connor Carrick
Jake Gardiner - Roman Polak

Frederik Andersen
Jhonas Enroth

The Sabres lines, however, are a mess. First, let’s take a look at all of the Sabres players who are on IR:

Zack Bogosian
Sabretooth
Jack Eichel
Evander Kane
Cody McCormick
Gilbert Perreault
Rene Robert
Celino
Barnes
Alexander Mogilny
Dominik Hasek
Poochie
Robert Wagner
Joffrey Lupul’s instagram
and
Mike Harringtons acknowledgement of who he is on twitter.

Suiting up tonight are a scrappy bunch of misfits from the local Topps parking lot:

Matt Moulson -- Ryan O'Reilly -- Kyle Okposo
Zemgus Girgensons -- Sam Reinhart -- Tyler Ennis
Marcus Foligno -- Johan Larsson -- Brian Gionta
Nicholas Baptiste -- Derek Grant -- Justin Bailey

Josh Gorges -- Rasmus Ristolainen
Dmitry Kulikov -- Casey Nelson
Jake McCabe -- Cody Franson

Robin Lehner
Anders Nilsson

If the Leafs could beat any line up this season it has to be this one.

Right?
