The Maple Leafs had a defender named Warsofsky? They do! He’s been a career AHLer with a few NHL games for the Bruins, Penguins, and Avalanche sprinkled around. This isn’t breaking news, but it’s a groundhog poking its nose out of it’s hole to check if it’s time to come out yet. Players will be going on and off waivers as we saw earlier with Kalle Kossila. It may not be a good thing for David, but the waiver news is a piece of regular business by the league and another step towards the season.
