There’s been a lot to read and a lot of talk but now I’m looking towards the future. What is the next big announcement we get from the Maple Leafs? Will a right handed defender be in the mix? We’ve heard a lot about Alex Pietrangelo being a name connect to the Leafs, but I doubt we’ll get away with a low first and B-level prospects again. What about the fourth line centre rental? The Maple Leafs have done it the past two years - bringing in Brian Boyle and Tomas Plekanec for the playoffs. Could Frederik Gauthier be on the way out? Perhaps it could be signing Auston Matthews to a new contract? At **8AM** Katya will be looking into comments made the TSN’s Insider Trading last night.
