# Toronto Maple Leafs prospect report: Ryan McGregor is injured, everyone else is fine

I think I was spoiled for this the past two years with Bracco and Marner lighting the OHL up. Everyone is doing fine for where they are but no one is the hot young prospect you know?

I like these guys as prospects, but looking things up and following along each week makes me hope the Leafs will draft someone flashy this year.

### Ontario Hockey League

**#77 - Eemeli Räsänen (D) -** *0G, 1A, +2*

Räsänen and the new Frontenacs were all adjusting to each other this week, only winning one game. They’ll gel soon enough and by a scary team to face off against.

The Spirit are hanging in there just above the playoff cut off line, one day they’ll be more than a 1 in 3 win team. Someday.

Enjoy the rest of the season Firebirds, it’ll take a major win streak to get to the playoffs.

**#19 - Ryan McGregor (F) - Injured**

McGregor has been spotted around the rink in a walking boot, so he’s out for an unknown amount of time right now. With Sarnia’s abundance of centres this won’t hurt the team, but hopefully he’s back on the ice before the end of the season.

**#52 - Nicolas Mattinen (D) -** *0G, 1A, +1*  
Hamilton Bulldogs - 27-9-3-3

Jan. 13th: vs Flint Firebirds

Mattinen had a good first week with the Bulldogs. It must feel nice to jump from last place to first.

A quiet week out west, as the Raiders played just two games, and Scott in only one of them. The Raiders are 8 points out of a playoff spot, so they’ll need to step up to extend their season.

O’Connell is injured and may miss the remainder of the regular season.

The Black Bears road trip didn’t go too well with identical 5-3 losses.

Greenway scored the Badgers fourth goal of the game in his third game of the season. Hopefully he can continue to play in games and be a regular again by the end of the year.

Boston College is doing well against conference opponents, and Woll was kept awake just enough to help them win against New Hampshire.
