Oh, those Bruins. It's their first game of the season played here in Toronto, but you may recall that fun OT loss a few weeks ago in Boston. Let's hope the Leafs get this one right after their recent malaise. The Bruins have also brought in reinforcements, and you might say he's an old and what can he do, but remember it's the Bruins and they have anti-aging amulets or something.

For the record, defenceman Darnell Nurse's cap-hit is $9,250,000 per year, and that contract goes through July 1, 2030.

Now we know where the money BCE made from selling their stake in MLSE is going. It maybe a good move by them as the Leafs are approaching a 12-game low start to the season.
