The former centre is a seven-time World Champion, two-time Olympic gold medalist at Salt Lake City and Turin, and CWHL champion as captain of the Brampton Thunder. Sunohara is of Japanese-Ukrainian heritage and has been coaching the University of Toronto for about a decade. She's been the assistant coach for the U18 team for a couple tournaments and is now the head coach. The below is from her Wikipedia page.
