Carolina went on to the win and are the first team through the first round. The late starts were Vegas-Wild, where Vegas won to take a 3-2 lead. Oilers-Kings is now 3-2 for the Oilers after their win. In prospect action the Oshawa Generals had a lead into the third and ended up in overtime where Oshawa got it done. Oshawa (Ben Danford) leads their series 3-0\. They seem destined to face the London Knights in the OHL final. Lethbridge (Noah Chadwick) lost in overtime to Medicine Hat who now lead the series 3-0\.
