So we can learn to pick ourselves up. Well obviously the Leafs are a big fan of Batman Begins because after falling down hockey's equivalent of a well and breaking their leg against the Rangers on Wednesday, the Leafs came back with a revenge and emerged with a hard fought 5-2 win over the Ducks. Out shot 22 to 28 on Manhattan, the Leafs flipped that around and out shot the Ducks 37 to 28\. It was a much better performance team wide, especially in goal where J. S. Giguere stopped 26 shots en-route to a .929 night. Not too shabby Leafs.

> It can’t be a lot of fun being [Jonas Gustavsson](http://www.sbnation.com/nhl/players/72169/jonas-gustavsson?ref=pensionplanpuppets.com) right now.
>
> Things had already been tough lately, even before an embarrassing 7-0 blow out in New York against the Rangers, with the second-year Toronto Maple Leafs netminder appearing nervous and allowing ugly goals in most of his last dozen games.
>
> That said, goaltending in the NHL has become an incredibly complicated position, perhaps the most technically complex one in pro sports, and making sense of just what’s gone wrong for Gustavsson isn’t easy.
