# Yeah, You Fix That Penalty Kill

Depending on what you decide to call it, there was a heated "debate" or "discussion" yesterday about just where defenders should be standing while killing a penalty. It's good that the Leafs are spending some time sorting out their problems on the PK, but as James Mirtle points out, this is something that [probably should have been sorted out earlier.](http://www.theglobeandmail.com/sports/hockey/leafs-beat/slumping-leafs-huddle-up-hunker-down/article2289420/?utm%5Fmedium=Feeds%3A%20RSS%2FAtom&utm%5Fsource=Hockey&utm%5Fcontent=2289420)

"We’re doing some things on blocking shots and being in the proper lane," Wilson explained. "\[We’re\] discussing some of the techniques because at times we’re screening the goalie, we’re not blocking the shot. We’ve got to find a way to block the shot or get out of the way."
