Poor Jeremy Bracco. Well, not really, he’s kicking some serious ass in the OHL so far this year, he had an eight point (1G, 7A) weekend, and is up to 17 points since he returned from training camp. 17 points in only 6 games. If the Marlies weren’t so jammed full of talent he’d be there, but the Marlies are, so Bracco can continue helping the Rangers towards the Memorial Cup. Bracco’s fourth on OHL scoring, and the leader Ryan Moore (‘17 draft) has 21 points, but in ten games.

In the WHL Adam Brooks had seven points (2G, 4A) this week in three games with the Regina Pats, bumping him up to nine points in four games. The Regina Pats have yet to lose in regulation, and if they keep up this play it may be a while longer.

Nolan Vesey and the Maine Black Bears continue to turn around the hockey program there, last season they finished with an 8-24-6 record, and Vesey had just 11 points in 36 games. This year so far the Black Bears are 3-1-0 and Vesey has six points in four games. If this continues it will be one heck of a turnaround.

A table mostly for fun, if we use NHLe Bracco is on pace for a 75 point season in the NHL. Man, are we blessed as Leafs fans right now or what? Our OHL defenders aren’t very point focused though...

Enjoy your week Leafs fans.
