Here it is. The Maple Leafs have brought up some of the stars of the Toronto Marlies (plus Ben Smith) to fill out the roster on deadline day.

William Nylander is the most anticipated Leafs prospect since Wendel Clark was taken 1st overall in 1985, and has been a star for the Marlies since arriving halfway through last season. He's played 74 games for the Toronto Marlies (37 this year, 37 last year) and in that time has posted 32 goals, 45 assists, for 77 points.

Kasperi Kapanen joined the Leafs in the Kessel trade and has scored 8 goals, added 14 assists for 22 points in 32 Marlies games.

Nikita Soshnikov came from the KHL this summer and has 18 goals, 10 assists for 28 points with the Marlies.

Zach Hyman played in the NCAA last year and this year has 13goals, 20 assists for 33 points in the AHL.

Ben Smith was brought over in the trade that sent James Reimer to San Jose. He's played 6 games for the Sharks (no points) and 14 games for the Barracude (8G, 2A, 10Pts).

Five more players will make their Maple Leafs debut tonight, and the question is now posed: Does this mean more bodies on their way out?

The Toronto Maple Leafs host the Tampa Bay Lightning tonight at 7PM.
