Leafs acquire Jonathan Bernier for Matt Frattin, Ben Scrivens, and a second round pick in either 2014 or 2015, per Friedman, Mirtle, and pretty much everyone else.

Update: The Leafs will somehow also retain $500,000 against the salary cap in the deal.
