Yesterday was a three t-shirt kind of day, while all I want to be in is a cardigan. The climate change keeps getting worse, but hey, I'm sure someone's on it.

We start with the PWHL, where it's being reported that the Toronto team have signed Sarah Nurse, Blayre Turnbull, and Renata Fast to be their first three players. The next question is, who will be the goalie?

Toronto’s PWHL team sign first three players - report
Canadian Olympic forwards Sarah Nurse, Blayre Turnbull, and defender Renata Fast are reported to be the first three players signed by Toronto’s brand new PWHL team.

Montreal's first three are also out there, linked above, while Ottawa has officially shared which players they've signed. Brianne Jenner, Emerance Maschmeyer, and Emily Clark are going to be the foundation of that team.

PWHL Ottawa Announces First Three Signings
Canadian Olympians Brianne Jenner, Emily Clark and Emerance Maschmeyer will call Ottawa home for the next three years

We didn't get any contract data on the Ottawa signings, other than they were all three-year deals. Those deals carry a minimum salary of $80k. From what we know, the PWHLPA has an internal list of salary terms, which players can use to negotiate for themselves. But, according to analyst and insider Liz Knox, until the player pool for the PWHL was more concrete we won't be seeing the contract info publicly. This probably means training camp cuts, so we might know the contract data sometime during the season or next season.

Joseph Woll is fourth on our Top 25 Under 25. Let's see if he can be the backup!

Top 25 Under 25: Joseph Woll is 4th
The Maple Leafs are historically terrible at drafting and developing their own goalies. Will Woll be a Potvin or a Bibeau?

The Bruins have signed Danton Heinen to a PTO. Could the Leafs maybe pick him up with a contract? I think he's pretty good.

Last, but not least, Dom and EW's fantasy projections are out.
