From DirecTV yesterday Center Ice appears to be 4 payments of $14.99 in the States. If you pro-rate last year's $172 cost down from 82 to 48 games it's roughly a 40% discount. It will also include a free preview until 1/31.
If you watch Center Ice on cable instead of satellite you get $10 off, presumably for not getting HD feeds of all the games like you would on DirecTV.
I know a lot of people were mistakenly hoping that it'd be free, but is 40% off a nice enough deal to get you to come back, seeing as fans are coming back in droves anyways?

Rogers wireless customers from coast to coast can catch CBC's Hockey Night in Canada on their smartphones

For $5/month, the app provides 5 hours of viewing with overage charges of $1 per additional hour. Until April 30, 2013 overage charges are waived providing unlimited viewing
