There's still a few free agents around, and the Leafs may still pull off a trade, but the hard news is drying up fast. We are now truly in the dregs of Summer, but all your favourite PPP writers, and Fulemin, will still be here every day scouring the internets for whatever tidbits are out there.

The 23-year-old is coming off a 2015-16 in which he posted 29 goals and 61 points in 71 GP, while being a possession positive player regardless of line combination.

MacKinnon Signs for 7 years - Mile High Hockey
The Avalanche announced today that Nathan MacKinnon has signed a 7-year extension with the org. Word on the street is a $6.3M AAV.
