We're all back to work, address your sincere thanks to JP and Skinny for not writing an FTB this morning. Quick hits:
- The WJC semis are USA - Canada and Russia - Sweden, so pretty much what everyone with a brain expected months ago.
- The NHL and NHLPA are finally negotiating, it's almost like they had a 48 game season in mind all along.
- Part of the negotiation includes letting more teams into the playoffs which is an obvious attempt to tap the Leafs' revenue stream.
