Yesterday Team Canada Women saw their game postponed due to illness within the Finnish team.
There are some Olympic events this morning, and a few preliminary round hockey games for the women, but everything stops in the early afternoon for the opening ceremonies at 2 pm.
NHL players can still be moved to the AHL, but if they require waivers, they are not required to report until February 17. There are limits on who can't be waived that amount to no regular NHLer or recently regular NHLer. So teams will not dump their entire depth into the AHL for three weeks.
There were a lot of players moved to the AHL yesterday, but none by the Leafs.
In this more recent story on the Gavin McKenna arrest, there are some quotes from the police:

Canadian women’s hockey GM Gina Kingsbury says none of their players are sick.

She adds the team isn’t considering leaving the village “we’re going to trust that the IIHF, the IOC will take the precautions to make sure the athletes are safe in the village.” #Olympics… pic.twitter.com/aeB3b3MBh6
