Anthony Stolarz is back, that's my recap of that late game. Leafs move onto Vancouver for the HNIC game tomorrow.

There's more trade stuff. This time some more rumours about Brayden Schenn with a clever format that manages to put the Leafs in the conversation when they aren't in the conversation (it just doesn't make sense).

Insider Trading: The latest ahead of 4 Nations and trade deadline | TSN
TSN’s Hockey Insiders have the latest on the possibility of Blues captain Brayden Schenn hitting the market, Sidney Crosby’s 4 Nations status, how the Blue Jackets aim to be moderate buyers, what will happen with Brock Nelson, Ryan Hartman’s suspension appeal, and why 4 Nations burnout isn’t a concern for most NHL teams.

The fun part is Lou Lamoriello being opaque about the availability of Brock Nelson in trade.

#Leafs prospect Sam McCue continues his hot streak, putting home the rebound off the boards for his second point of the game. He has 9 goals and 15 points in 10 games since being traded to Flint, and is up to 27 goals and 45 points in 45 games in the OHL this season.

The move that brought Stolarz back into the lineup last night:

The Rivalry Series continues as the PWHL is on their international break.

United States edges Canada in a shootout to even women’s hockey Rivalry Series | TSN
The United States evened its Rivalry Series with Canada in a 2-1 shootout victory in Halifax on Thursday.

The final game is Saturday in PEI. I am amused that Izzy Daniel was chosen to play for Team USA for the first time. It's amazing what a good showing on a Toronto team can do for your reputation.
