There’s not a lot more to say, is there?

Aside from a few moments here and there, the Leafs looked outmatched and were outplayed by the Bruins right from the start of Game 1. Still, it was one hell of a ride, wasn’t it?

Boston Bruins outplay the Maple Leafs and  take game seven with a dominating third period
One game seven loss won’t stop us loving you, Leafs
Three Maple Leafs could be back at playoff hockey as early as Friday

In the coming days we’ll likely here about some injuries they have been playing through, and there will be a locker clean out day, perhaps Friday, with quotes to the media.

While we’ll follow the rest of the Stanley Cup Playoffs and report on the Marlies, the off-season is upon us. The NHL Draft, free agency, trades and signings are all on the horizon. The IIHF World Hockey Championship begins May 4th and it’s still possible some Leafs could join Team Canada (the roster shows they are short one forward and a backup goalie) or another national team in the tournament. We hope you’ll stick with us for another long summer of talking about hockey. You are what makes this site so great.
