What a glorious morning this is, Toronto Maple Leafs fans!

After defeating the Golden Knights in overtime last night, the Leafs have now won three games in a row, and continue to be undefeated in November! October is a garbage month, and November is near-perfection.

The turn of the calendar has made the results of the games - not exactly the games themselves - be almost everything we wanted. Yes, there has been overtime and shootouts, but pobody’s nerfect, eh?

In fact, things are so good now....

As long as they’re on pace for it, it’s good.

November has been home to a lot of good news for the Leafs. Travis Dermott is back. John Tavares is back. Zach Hyman is almost back and ready to cause some roster issues...

Also:

We were also given the gift of this William Nylander:

I’m not sure how Annie is going to keep all of this bottled up until the end of the month for the November fashion report....

In case you missed last night’s game:

Now, the news.

If you only read the FTB’s...I don’t know what’s wrong with you, but here’s what you missed here at PPP Incorporated:

Maple Leafs waive Nic Petan and Martin Marincin
Mailbag: Mike (Babcock) and Molly (The Drug)
Are the Leafs going to waive Jason Spezza?

It’s time for November Freddie!

Quinton Byfield was probably the best player in last night’s OHL vs Russia game for the CHL/Russia Super Series. Usually this game is a test for players vying for spots on the World Juniors team, but Byfield is 17 and eligible for the draft. He’s going to be something big.

Event games like this are a blast to attend, and if you can get out to Hamilton for the CHL Top Prospects game, you can see Byfield do things like that as well. Think of it as a an All-Star Game where the players give a crap. It’s great.

Also last night, the Avalanche scored six goals in eight minutes against the Predators:

Finally, if you’re home or can stream video at work, the Buffalo Sabres take on the Tampa Bay Lightning at 2PM Eastern today. They’re both playing in Stockholm as part of the NHL Global Series. Afternoon hockey, it’s great.
