The Leafs have traded Mikhail Stefanovich, future Dynamo Minsk second liner and ECHL pro, for Dallas' AHL property Fabian Brunnstrom.
Hard to say anyone loses this trade; Stefanovich couldn't crack the Marlies and Brunnstrom isn't taking a regular NHL shift but it lets us dig up old blog posts.
Brunnstrom has 19 goals and 40 points in 99 NHL games. He has a $675K cap hit and will be an RFA this summer. Welcome aboard Arvedson 2.0.
