Not news, but Ben Danford is on the list for the WJC team:

Posting this because I like the headline style:

Sunday Overreactions: How Panthers are in real danger of missing playoffs
The defending back-to-back Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers could be in danger of missing the playoffs altogether. Michael Amato touches on that, and more, in this week’s edition of Sunday Overreactions.

They should make it a feature.

Posting this because it has nice quotes about Dennis:

Steady Hildeby helps Maple Leafs salvage point from messy Montreal rematch
While the early going showed glimpses of the side that’s been funnelling pucks into the back of the net over the past week, the Canadiens’ middle-period assault pushed the Maple Leafs off their game, their finishing ability abandoning them.

Forward leads Chicago with 7 power-play goals, thriving in 2nd stint with coach

If you missed it on the weekend, aside from the goalies, all skaters are at least participating in practice except Brandon Carlo. No one has said a word about him since he was sent home from the road trip before Friday.

Joe Woll is maybe only going to be out a week, if so, Dennis Hildeby will just start each game until then. The next back-to-back is December 20 and 21, so there's some small bit of wiggle room.

We might get a better idea on Chris Tanev's status this week.

Remember, tonight's game is on Prime, so it's a 7:30 start.
