Let's have a good old fashioned vote. Was JFJ a terrible GM, or was he boxed in by team ownership?

On one hand it's pretty clear his hand was forced with regards to a rebuild and re-signing McCabe. On the other hand he traded Rask for Raycroft and a first rounder for Toskala.
