Yesterday the Nashville Predators claimed Tyson Jost, and today there is another long list of players on waivers as we roar towards the end of the preseason.

The Leafs play the Red Wings at home tonight, and then in Detroit on Saturday. Today should be a lineup very close to the regular roster.

There are two RFAs left unsigned. Alexander Holtz in Vegas – he's mostly playing in the AHL at the moment – and Luke Evangelista in Nashville – that one makes no sense, and they should trade him if they aren't going to ever make a deal with him.
