See, now that’s just plain cool. (And a really cool photo to choose, too.) I can’t even imagine what’s going to be going through Marner’s head tonight; when he calls this a “dream come true”, he probably means it literally. Who doesn’t, at some point, grow up dreaming to represent their city like this?
Marner is one of the lucky ones. He hasn’t scored any points in the NHL yet, but just imagine what could happen tonight, and how amazing it could be.
