Last week was quite busy for the Maple Leafs with trades galore. This week so far? Not so much. Kyle really only has one thing left on his to do list. At least as far as we know there’s only one thing there. He could surprise us again, but it doesn’t seem like you should be waiting around for him to make the big move, or any other possible move.
It’s going to rain most of the day in Toronto, and be otherwise still humid in an uncomfortable way. Why not catch up on the Leafs prospects with our Top 25 Under 25 series?
Our countdown began yesterday with Joseph Duszak, a player new to the list who was never drafted but signed by the Leafs in 2018. We also have had two cases made for players who didn’t make the list. Today we reveal #24 as Frederik Gauthier!
Top 25 under 25: Frederik Gauthier returns to the list at #24
2019 T25U25 #25: Joseph Duszak
T25U25: The Case for Semyon Kizimov
T25U25: The Case for Riley Stotts
In the meantime, here’s what else is going on in the world of hockey.
This is how you know we really are the center of the Hockey Universe.

Golden Knights trade Gusev to Devils for draft picks - Knights On Ice
Days of our Nikita Gusev has come to an end. Not with a thud, but with a whimper.
Seriously, Canada geese are devils. All they do is eat grass and shit everywhere. They’re pigeons with webbed feet. Or raccoons that can fly.
