First, Brooks Laich came to tell us about the power of wide leg squats. Then, he returned to tell us to walk around on our hands. Now he's back, and he wants us to do the Tabata Row - and hopefully, hit 1,000 metres in the process.

There's no video demonstration this time, but I think that still image captures everything about the exercise. I also don't think I would even come close to 1,000, let alone the extra 52 he managed - but it's really cool how Laich is engaging his fanbase with his offseason workouts, and challenging everyone to follow along.
