Good morning Toronto Maple Leafs fans!
I was listening to the latest episode of All 61, a CHL podcast, and host Steve McLean was interviewing travelling hockey fan, and OHL Arena Guide creator Kevin Jordan about his recent trip to Finland, and he managed to take in several SM-Liiga games and shared his thoughts on the atmosphere, arenas, and his time there.

Steve and Kevin talk about all of their arena journeys a lot, and they are two of the four fans who have seen a game in every active CHL arena before this season. Seeing the Newfoundland Regiment is on the list for November.

I admit I'm jealous of all their travels, especially the cross ocean ones. It had me thinking about where I would love to go and what to do about it.
One thing I would do if I could is All 61 CHL arenas. A copy cat move but it would be a nice trip. Especially to places I would probably never end up in like Rouyn-Noranda, or Prince Albert. See a.game in a really small community and how it feels compared to a big city, or a large town.
Another dream trip is to catch a Leafs game in every arena in one season. Just fly town to town, following the Leafs like the Grateful Dead, just with less drugs because of airport security.
Finally, the one I've always fantasized about, Christmas in Davos. Join the World Economic Forum.
I mean, see the Spengler Cup in person.
Even going to the arena anytime. That is a true church of hockey.

Such a beautiful place. Nestled in the Swiss alps. All that gorgeous wood. It's a beautiful town, a beautiful arena, and the referees are dressed as cows.
Plus all the washed up former Leafs you could shake a stick at!

AHL teams have been invited before, the last was the Rochester Americans in 2013, and I hope the Marlies get invited one year. I'm sure Cathy would approve the budget to send me out there.
If Hans Q. Spengler is out there reading this, I don't even demand a business class ticket. I'll fly coach. But I need a window seat.
Where's your dream trip to?
Speaking of dreams, last night was not one. It was real.
First, the Leafs beat the Rangers 2-1 in overtime to improve to 3-2 on the season.
They won, but they could be better!

They're off today and host the Seattle Kraken tomorrow night.
Finally, the Blue Jays made it a best of five series by coming back to tie the ALCS 2-2 with a huge win in Seattle last night.
Enjoy your day everyone!
