Well that sure wasn’t the ideal way to start a week off! But hey, maybe a week without hockey is just what the Toronto Maple Leafs all need, and they’ll come back rested and refreshed and happy and ready to not do whatever that was ever again.

Upsides:

  • No 1,000th point for Patrick Kane
  • Timothy Liljegren! In the NHL! Live and on TV!
  • William Nylander scored his 22nd goal of the year, tying his career high with 33 games left to play

Downsides:

  • Everything else
