After a busy start to January that had the Leafs playing three or four games per week, they now get a little break, with only two games this week on Wednesday and Saturday. It's a good time to regroup and look at what has gone wrong in the past two games.
Saturday's game also kicks off the annual Western Road Trip, so they better sort out those issues before playing the Oilers on Saturday.
The Marlies are out west already in California and have played three games. They won against the Condors and have split their games against the Barracuda with one win and one loss.
