Saturday

World Championships — all games on TSN or TSN.ca

10:00 a.m. — Canada takes on the surprising Germans, who are one point out of first place in Group A, while Canada sits in fourth. Italy vs Norway is on at the same time, if you want to see the battle for last place.

2:00 p.m. — Sweden gets tested by the so-far undefeated Swiss. A win puts them even with the Czechs and Swiss on points, just behind the Russian machine who beat Latvia this morning. The other game is Slovakia vs Great Britain.

Memorial Cup — all games on Sportsnet

The Guelph Storm and Fedor Gordeev take to the ice today against the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies at 3:30 pm Toronto time.

ECHL Conference Finals

The Growlers look to close out the Eastern Conference Final with another win at home vs the Florida Everblades. They are up three games to one and don’t need a return trip to Florida, really.

The game is at 5:30 p.m. Toronto time, and you can listen on Mixlr, watch it on ECHL TV (subscription only) or stream it on the local Rogers TV website.

AHL Conference Finals

The Marlies go back for more vs the Charlotte Checkers after their win last night. Game Two is at 6:00 p.m. and you can find the game on AHL TV (subscription only) Leafs Nation Network TV and streaming on the Maple Leafs App in Canada.

Game Two of the Western Final is at 8 p.m. The Chicago Wolves lead that series after an OT win last night.

Monday

World Championships — all games on TSN or TSN.ca

Sweden plays Latvia at 10:00 a.m. and Canada faces the Andersen-less Danes at 2:00 p.m. The other games are last place teams fighting it out.

Memorial Cup - all games on Sportsnet

The Rouyn-Noranda Huskies take on Ian Scott and the Prince Albert Raiders at 7:00 p.m.

If the Growlers don’t get it done on Saturday, they resume play on Tuesday. The two big games at the World Championships are Tuesday afternoon with Canada playing the USA and Russia and Sweden facing off. The Raiders play the Storm at the Memorial Cup on Tuesday as well. And Game Three of the Marlies - Checkers series is also Tuesday night.

Essentially, you need to take Tuesday off too.

Have a great long weekend, everyone!
