Zack MacEwen is a fourth line tough guy when he is in the NHL who has played on several teams in the past. He is one of those players who has surprisingly good on-ice results in the NHL, playing almost exclusively against other fourth lines.
Given the flood of players the Leafs have signed, he will likely be on the Marlies most of the time. He missed most of last season with a knee injury.
