Good morning Toronto Maple Leafs fans!
We're entering the month of June, and that means hockey is winding down on the ice.
The World Championship has been settled and the best hockey country ever is Finland. Okay
But the more impressive news is Norway taking the bronze medal over Canada!

You love to see an underdog get the medal. Even if it wasn't gold, this win was probably the real championship.
In our hearts.
Way out west, in Kelowna, the Kitchener Rangers won the Memorial Cup, beating the Everett Silvertips 6-2.
Onto the pros and the Stanley Cup Final between the Caroline Hurricanes and Vegas Golden Knights starts tomorrow night.
Both teams are looking for cup number two, but no matter who wins the real champions are Norway. Good for them!
The final, most important trophy still to be won is the Calder Cup, because the Toronto Marlies are working their way towards a third banner.

The Marlies are currently up 2-0 over the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, and game three is tonight at the CCC at 7PM.
The Maple Leafs are always in the news and with a GM building a team front office there are plenty of rumours.
Finally, the Montreal Victoire held their Walter Cup celebrations and it was massive.

Enjoy your day everyone!
