Good morning Toronto Maple Leafs fans!
Well, morning anyway.
Yeah, the Leafs lost and got pushed around by the innocent, always perfect Florida Panthers who somehow got four power plays in the first period alone.
There's plenty to rant about, but the Leafs need to find a proper way to respond and hopefully coming back to home ice will help them out.
There wasn't somewhere else to turn to however, as the Toronto Sceptres also lost yesterday, 7-5, and went down 2-1 in their best of five series against the Minnesota Frost.
In the non-Toronto games, the Dallas Stars took a 2-1 series lead over the Winnipeg Jets*, so at least something nice happened.

The Ottawa Charge and Montreal Victoire gave fans their money's worth as they headed into quadruple overtime before Catharine Dubois scored the long goal and tied the series 1-1.
Charge coach Carla MacLeod will need to rethink her footwear for game three:
"I might wear flat shoes next game."

Team Canada beat Latvia 7-1 at the World Hockey Championships and are now 2-0 in the round robin.

Finally, three time gold medal winner Meghan Agosta helped the future stars of Women's Hockey get ready in Essex County.

Okay, try to enjoy your day everyone.
