Good Morning Toronto Maple Leafs fans!

I’m sure by now you’ve heard all about the Maple Leafs shutting out the Edmonton Oilers, but if you missed the game here’s the game in six:

You can also read out recap here, and the view from the Oilers side here.

In other Maple Leafs news, someone has stolen my Toronto Maple Leafs flag from outside my house. Just plucked the flag pole right out of it’s holder on my porch. Longtime readers may know that my Canadiens fan wife and I have a bet that whenever our two teams meet, the winning teams flag flies over the house until the next game. Until this season that ugly Habs flag was up for over three years, and it even made it onto google streetview, which may turn potential home buyers off.

So now my house is bare, if you would like to donate to my new flag fund you may transfer money to me at elseldo01@gmail.com*
