William Nylander is a Maple Leaf.

Of course, he was already, but as of yesterday at 4:55 p.m., it’s once again as a player on the team. This whole stupid contract mess is over and we don’t ever have to think about this again, or argue about who is to blame for a deal not getting done.

Except there’s now Mitch Marner coming up next season...

Let’s just continue celebrating for now. Here’s all of our coverage from yesterday about William Nylander, the contract and the ramifications for the team now and in the future.

Recap: Maple Leafs win it for Nylander against the Wild - Arvind
It wasn’t pretty, but it was two points.

The Leafs next game is on Tuesday in Buffalo and there’s a whole pile of things to work out first on whether or not Nylander will actually be able to get in that game. We have a thread on this already up above in the realted box and you can check them out there.

The Marlies defeated the Wilkes-Barrie/Scraton Penguins 6-4. They will play again today against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms at 4:00 p.m.

And Jeremy Bracco scored a butt goal!

One more time folks. Nylander is with us!
