Sunday marks the 2015 CWHL entry draft held in the league offices in Toronto. With the inception of the newly-formed NWHL, this is a crucial year for the CWHL to prove to fans that they are truly the premier league.

And it starts with key players in the league.

The likes of Canadian women's hockey icon Hayley Wickenheiser and 2014 gold-medal winner Marie-Philip Poulin are both set to play for Calgary and Montreal respectively. Natalie Spooner is returning for the Toronto Furies, Liz Knox for the Brampton Thunder, and Tara Watchorn in Boston.

The selection order depends on how teams finished in the 2014/2015 regular season. This year, Brampton picks first, Toronto second, followed by Montreal, Calgary, and Boston.

This year, there are some fantastic prospects in CWHL draft -- one of the best in the league's history.

The CWHL has a full draft list on their website.
