Yegor Korshkov was injured late in his second KHL game of the season on September 4. Now he is expected to miss months of playing time.

There are no more details than that at this time, just that his assignment to the injured list is expected to run until December 12.
Added to the games, he’s already missed, that’s more than half the regular season lost.
In 2016-2017, he missed almost half the season with a fractured leg bone. He came back from that injury well, played a few junior games to get in conditioning, and played in the playoffs for Lokomotiv.
